  • Went to Macy's after a very long hiatus. Even though the Men's Room is no longer "functional" for cruising, I was surprised how many guys were just scoping each other out in the store. A lot of guys were just walking around looking at the merchandise, but it wasn't the ones hanging on the racks! If you do that, you have to be discreet, though. There ARE cams around. Just check out the guy's crouch and then make eye contact. You'll obviously have to go elsewhere for everything else.

  • Take note that because this store is being converted to Macy's, it's been changed. The Men's Room before was hidden from view and you could take the elevator and walk right in without being seen. Not so now. They have moved it so that you must walk in full view of the cash register in order to get there. Since it's the Women's department, men in the area will be well noticed.

    Second, this new Men's Room is configured in such a way, and mirrors placed strategically, that you can see everything from the door. In other words, you have like 2 seconds if you were trying to play, to hide before someone sees you. It's also handy for security and store personnel to just open the door and look without even going into the room.

    Macys has experience with cruisers apparently!

  • Robinsons-May stores are not all closed. Most of the locations that were closed were in malls with an existing Macys. Locations like Westside Pavilion (no Macys) are supposed to remain open and be converted to the Macys name.

    Too soon to tell what effect that will have on the bathroom scene. Probably none for the time being.

  • All Robinsons May stores are closed. Try Bathroom near Crabtree and Evelyn at Century City Mall.
