Near mile marker 22, watch for sign to
Upper Creek Trail. Park and follow the
trail to the creek and cross over. Walk
about a quarter mile upstream and watch
for guys laying about. It is a bit of a
hike, but its remoteness contributes to
its fun. Guys nude sunbathe, get it on,
and generally enjoy themselves.

Off Highway 181 near mile marker 22. From Morganton take Hwy.181 north to marker 22. From Blue Ridge Parkway take Hwy. 181 exit south to the marker.
