Very clean with lots of hot action.Lots of parking on the street. The bathroom is clean, (it even has a long mirror for those tell-tale drops on your pants) 10 booths, 3 are broken. No sound in the films lately, gay and straight movies. One finger sized hole. Wooden doors lock. Door left cracked is an invitation. Mostly middle aged, mostly white. Clean place overall. Young guy clerk is fine as long as 1 or 2 machines are running. Happy Ending for me most times.
