St Mary's River Watershed Park. There is a lake here where during the day fishermen and hikers frequent. At night time the gates are not closed. When parked in back wooded parking lot no one can see you and if some one comes they can be heard as they cross the main parking area.

Route 5 south of Leonardtown Md. near Callaway. Turn left onto Camp Casoma Rd. and follow road to the end. Go through large parking lot towards boat ramp, and there is a small parking lot for hikers and such on the left. Also there are trails through the woods.
Cross street: Camp Casoma Rd.

  • Hours:Park is normally open during daylight hours, but the gate is never closed.
