Very large gym that can attend a humongous number of people. I advise not to take membership with the purpose going cruising there, but if you intend to have a serious workout and enjoy the pleasure of watching muscle lads and light cruising + eye contact, it's the place !
Crowd: Mostly business people from Canary Wharf banks, a lot of 20 to 40 year old lads very much in shape. Gay men are not the majority, but there is obvious eye contact. It's more of a gay crowd on weekends. It's gigantic gym so the choice of men is very wide.

Best times: Late evening between eight and ten. - Cruising Info/ Tips:When in the steam room and sauna, keep a little towel in your hand. Go to the last changing room on your left to get changed when coming in (the crusiest). is not possible on the premises(although a little in the steam room or the shower is feasible if alone at low activity time) but good to make first contact.
Cruisiest Spots: All male steam room and dry sauna, last showers cubicles(furthest away from passage way), abdominal zone on the first floor. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:Not a gay gym, so be discreet. not really possible on the premises but good to hook up with very good-looking muscle lads and arrange meet-up elsewhere.
