Not a gay venue as such but depending on what day you go, lots of opportunities to score. Customer-to-customer massage is encouraged. Very East End traditional. Can be intimidating at first but friendly if you make the effort to talk to people. Sunday is the most gay-friendly day. If you are wanting full-on gay action, forget it: overt displays are frowned upon. However, if you are discreet, you will find plenty going on under the surface with many handsome straight guys you would never meet in a gay venue. Many will be open to give or receive full body massages - and maybe more.

Best times: update 6/4/2008: fyi - Wedsdays is womans day. - Cruising Info/ Tips:There are four steam rooms of varying heat plus two sauna cabins and a plunge pool. Upstairs a very old-fashioned lounge are with food available, telly (usually sport on and DEF no gay ).
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity optional. Many guys bollock-naked, some in swimwear. Most will remove swimwear when you massage them. Overt behaviour not encouraged - it spoils the ambiguity of the place - but plenty going on if you are careful.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Flight of stairs leading to upstairs changing/lounge are. So no disabled friendly though there would no doubt be help if required.
- Warnings:There can be rough and unwelcoming straight element on some days - particularly Friday/Saturdays. Avoid them and gravitate to more obviously kindred spirits. But much of the intimidating behaviour is men being men so don't give in to it!
