Most action is in the steam rooming in the afternoons (15:00 - 17:00 weekdays and weekends) or later in the evening (after 20:00 weekdays). - Cruising Info/ Tips:Steam room is best - quite small and dark. Can't see in from outside. Cleaners about in the changing rooms but rarely go into steam room / sauna.
Usual mix for a gym - some really fit hot guys, plus some who clearly only use the place for cruising the steam room. - Nudity / Policy:Not much nudity in the changing rooms - most guys wrap a towel round them to walk to the showers.
In the steam room, the guys who're up for some fun will generally be naked with just a towel to cover up if required. - Wheelchair Accessible:No / Lift access to all areas if required.
- Warnings:Occasionally too many guys in the steam room! Some rather unattractive guys who clearly never actually use the gym facilitities there and just sit in the steam room expecting to be 'entertained' by everybody else.
