Brilliant gym, lots and lots of hot guys about, particularly after work.
Has huge steam room with dark and quiet corners, huge sauna, saunarium, open fronted showers (can off opposite another guy without other guys seeing), good gym facilities, cafe, tennis courts, plenty of grounds, car park.

Turn right off Uxbridge Road onto Bromyard Avenue and its on the left about 150 yards down.

- Hours:All day every day. Although suits etc come in after work 4.30 till 7.30pm.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Changing rooms are best to catch guys eyes. Also in the sauna/steam room/ saunarium/ jacuzzi and showers.
Gym is also good for hooking up. - Nudity / Policy:Nudity in changing room
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Not sure.
- Warnings:Subtlety goes a long way guys. And remember that no means no. We dont want this getting patrolled. It's nice!
