The Virgin Active gym in Hammersmith is only 2 mins walk from the tube/bus station. Obviously this is a gym and you need to be a member but you can get a free day pass by visiting the website or calling before you go

If you exit the underground into the shopping centre and take the exit from in there that leads you to the bus station. If you go over the traffic lights the gym is at the bottom of the L'oreal builing.

- Hours:All the action happens in the steam room which is in the mens changing room, never been in the day but during the evenings from 6.30 - 8pm i've never failed to get some action in there.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:You can usually tell who is up for action as they're the ones constantly looking around with their hands on their . The straight guys tend to just close their eyes in there. Once you're pretty sure everyone is up for it with no straight ppl in there just start rubbing yr , usually every does this around the same time
- Nudity / Policy:As its the mens chaging room its fine to be naked in the steam room although most people tend to cover with a towel until the action starts. Obviously its a straight gym so this activity isn't really allowed so if you're wanking/sucking other guys off you need to be able to quickly cover up when the door opens just in case.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / There is handicap access but not to the steam room as you have to go up a couple of steps to it
- Warnings:Staff don't check the steam room for any activity that I have noticed but you do need to be aware that there are people coming and going all the time from the steam room some of which are straight so just be careful not to be too obvious.
