  • Sad economic times, homeless have been camped out in the "pit" area for about aweek. No Action in the park.

  • There is still action at night here, very dark in the "pit area" at nightime. But also after midnight there have been Police cars seen parked in the parking lot near the lawn bowling area.

  • Yes, pople still cruise here. More younger guys usually there on Monday nights. Also, the beach below the former "Boom Boom Room" is still very cruisey on weekday nights. Saw a 5-way there just last Tuesday at midnight on the beach.

  • FYI - Beach Patrol now drives by on an ATV (in the summer months) on the lower walk path below the "Pit area" around Midnight to 1AM and they just shine a flashlight to disperse anyone "hanging out" in the park after hours.

  • Caliabrah, If you read my post I said to check out "Monday" evenings not Tuesday, Wednesday or any other night. The past Monday evenings I have seen more young latinos then older men.

  • i went here last night.. and I am going to agree with the rest of the guys. NOTHING but older guys.. which i was bummed about because I actually believe Mrtslove.. I was sooo pissed and disappointed.. I was there desperately hoping a younger guy would show, so I was there from 10 till about 12midnight.. Boy was i hard up.

  • surfnsports, I've seen the tall guy in the hoodie you posted about but I did not see him on the past Monday night from 11PM till Mid that I went. I only saw young latin guys cruising that night. Normally I've seen more older dudes any other night, but the past Monday night was possibly an exception? Might want to check it out on a Monday evening.

  • Verdo20, actually I took a walk here last night after 11PM and there were mostly 19 to 20 year olds cruising here, no one even close to my age. That's why I made the comment in the entry.

  • NOT true, this place is NOT more younger than older. anyone who is honest about this place will tell you. Everyone once in a while.. maybe once or twice a nite, maybe there is a dude my age or about that.. BUT never more than the older guys.. Just being honest! It does cruise. And guys there at nite for the most part, but never more younger than older .

  • They finfished the construction in the park, it looks beautifull. New bathrooms and new benches, but removed the lower stairs lookout above the beach. They are still adding a new beach access stairs by Las Brisas resturant end. More people using the new picnic areas has resulted in less cruising thought.

  • I have gone here a few times. sometimes there are some hotties and a lot of the time.. just older.. not my type.. of guys.. but people still go here..
