You need a membership for it but its worth it. The gym is near the mall and hospital and is busy during the week. On the top floor their is a guys bathroom with 2 stalls.

Neighbourhood: La Mesa

You can easily find it if you find the Grossmont Mall or the hospital. There is also a Walmart and Casa de Pico near it.
  • Hours:Either late or early on week days and all day on the weekends.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:All kinds of guys from young to old. Most are muscle guys looking for a good time.
  • Nudity / Policy:Public gym so no nudity unless you know.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / No; their are stairs.
  • Warnings:Employees are constantly watching for people.

  • I always go to this gym, there are a lot of weirdos who stare alot, but other than that not much happens

  • I workout here all the time and there are always hot lookin 'east county' boys in the weight room, but I've never sensed any bi-curious/gay vibe going on. The steamroom & dry sauna is adjacent to the pool/jacuzzi area and it's co-ed with window doors facing the jacuzzi. As far as the locker room, whenever I'm in there it's mostly older men taking their time with changing. Bear in mind that I'm only here from about 4:30 pm to 6pm on the weekdays. Perhaps there's a more 'cruisy' time.
