This is a gym, and is often not very busy after 7 PM, and some gay people know this, and it is great for looking to hook up. You can see people naked and check them out.
Crowd: Guys in there 20s and 30s. A few straight guys go, but you can normally find a hand full of gay guys there too.

Neighbourhood: Downtown Kitchener, in the Market Square Shopping Complex.

  • Hours:They are open 7 days a week, from 5 or 6 AM to 11PM. On weekends they are open less. Friday they close at 9PM.
    Best times: Best time to go is normally after the rush hour people have left, most days after 7 PM to closing at 11 PM. Best time to hook up is often 2 or 3 hours before closing Monday to Thursday.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:If you are hoping to hook up, have a small artical of pride jewellery or something that suggests you are looking on. A rainbow braclete or necklace is often used.
    Cruisiest Spots: The cruisiest spot would like be free weights area, near the machines, and the sauna area. Hook ups are sometimes agreed upon in the sauna.

  • Warnings:The only major draw back is the club wants you to get a membership. If you go cruising there ofen enough, it would pay to get a membership. Otherwise you need to pay as you go.

  • hey guys anyone still go here. I've been a few times in the early morning and after 8pm very quiet. Would love to meet someone in the sauna and head back to my place 2 blocks away for fun.

  • Does anyone get to the GYM around 7:30AM. I would love to have some fun either prior to our after my workout.. i can get here earlier if needed. I have a place downtown to play at if needed..
