Its a fairly straight mainstream gym but there is potential for plenty of shower fun in the men's showers as the showers are divided into cubicles. Especially the far corner cubicles with one side wall which can be leaned against for some serious hot shower fun. Married bi men actually like to hook up here as I have found but caution is very necessary at all times.

- Hours:Any time in the day as the cubicles are divided into showers...i find it easier when its busy cos the more showers running makes the noise bit easier and allows for u to whisper things to one another if u have found some one to hook up with
- Cruising Info/ Tips:As said far corner shower cubicles in the showers, the sauna and steam rooms and of course the jacuzzi... However its essential to note that when cruising here just maintain a direct polite gaze at the person and do double and triple takes just to let them know u are looking and if they return that then just easily chat and take it from there. It is a 'straight' gym so cautions and discretion is important...
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity: yes
: Blind eye but need to be very discreet otherwise it will be a 'no' I am sure. - Wheelchair Accessible:No / Not sure. But mostly probably not
- Warnings:Kiddies in the first few opening hours in the weekends and bank holidays and of course men who dont like to take no for an answer. Respect and a hint are vital
