Rest area just before Sugarloaf Ski area on Rte 26 between Kingfield and Farmington.

Just outside Kingfield/Sugarloaf on Route 27/16.
Hours:Open 24 - roadside rest area/turn out. Best times: Anytime - evenings around dusk but daytimes also.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Only one bathroom/outhouse. Has a lock on door and lots of room inside. Depending on how busy can play inside. Leave door unlocked to see who's interested. Cruisiest Spots: Trails behind bathroom and along the stream near the far end of the rest area. Paths back into the trees.
Wheelchair Accessible:No
Warnings:Not much for police in that part of the state. State trooper will drive through now and again. Warnings: Staties as above - use common sense and if folks are using picnic tables use care and take it away from them.

I go thru here occasinly.Never knew it was a hook up spot.Have gone up stream a short way and dangled my feet in the stream.Maybe someday i can stop and someone could dangle something hard in my mouth.

Its Route 27, NOT Route 26. Its actually Route 27/16 at this point.
