cruiser update 2/25/2008: They've moved the out houses from the woods to the picnic area in plain view of everyone.

Previous comment: Right on Route One there is a small turn out that the town has as a rest area. It has two bathrooms, no s as there are fences next to them but peep holes in the doors so you can see in and check someone out. There are only a couple of tables so not alot of tourists to get in the way.

There are trails leading off but they are posted No Tresspassing. Still used but do so at your own caution.
Crowd: Locals looking for a hook up. Traveling business men for head and JO, Cruiser tourists. Gay, Bi Str8 but looking.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Park down by the back end. Use the bathroom portapotty areas as places to check each other out.
    Cruisiest Spots: Everywhere, it's not that big a place.

  • Warnings:There is a house across the street so you have to use common sense, car action is fairly sage and the bathrooms are set up so you can do some stuff there also.
    Warnings: Usual common sense. Cops on patrol ever so often but really only if they see lots and lost of cars or it is dark.

  • This place has been DEAD all summer. Try Rodgers Pond; sometimes occasional action--but be careful!!

  • Also a warning! This place use to be lots of fun, expecially if you did the trails in the back. Now, however, the cops check it out all the time; the posted "No trespassing" signs are serious -- several times guys have been brought out in handcuffs -- and the bathrooms have been moved to the front center of the rest area, not in the trees as before, and picket fences put on three sides so no viewing is possible. If anyone is home at the house across the street, the cops will show up very quickly. Another wonderful place gone. Be very careful if you go here.
