Follow Richter Street to Knox Mountain, and all the way along the water and up the hill to Poplar Point.

According to a friend,,,you take the road with the "park" gate walk up the mountain about a kilometer and then down the escarpment. The road to the left is short of the nude beach,,take the "high" road!
