What time does the mall open? I would love to play there. I went there one time and sat in the bathroom for about 30 minuets and only one other person came in, pissed, washed hands and left........When and how does it happen?

I have been there MANY times, at 11 am, at 3 pm, on weekends, on Sats, nothing there.
