This is a park location, has a concrete pathway as well as boardwalk, take walkway past boardwalk, a lot of cruisers utilize the trails to fulfill. There is a gazebo at the end of the walkway, path at end off to left is good spot.

Park is open dusk to dawn
lunch time and late afternoons are best.
