Empty construction lot at the corner of Dudley and Van Vorst. This place along with the Hudson walkway have been becoming more popular with cruising activity. I just happened to find it walking home one day and had a great time with a couple of other hot guys.
Crowd: Mostly younger professional guys.

  • Looks like this spot is lost to redevelopment. Went by this afternoon and there are construction trailers in the site and a sign for a coming restaurant. Too bad we are loosing downtown JC cruising locations fast.

  • The empty trailers are still there and there are plenty of spots to hook-up. Met up with a few of the guys working over at the construction site next door.
