This is a very wooded area with views of the river & downtown. There are areas to meet up on the shore line as long as you catch it at the right tide. There are several trails going through out the park. There are two areas to park at; the first is to fish off the pier, the other is in the back of the wooded area with a locked bathroom. In the middle of the area is a covered sitting area with several picnic benches. The best place to meet up is at the covered area then go down a trail together. This place is very private. You can sit in your car at one of the two parking areas. If you wish to do this I recommend parking in the area where the pier is. It is less obvious here.
Neighbourhood: Arlington/Ft. Caroline
Get on University Blvd and head north. Go past the Arlington Expressway & Matthews Bridge. After the light for Ft. Caroline Rd. go approx. 1 mile. Cypress Park is on the left across the street from University Club Blvd. Turn into the park and follow to the left to go to the pier. When the pool is on your left turn wright and follow the dirt road all the way back. There are no turn offs to get lost on. If you turn wright as you come in and follow that road it will bring you to the parking area behind the wooded area.

- Hours:The park is open regular hours. From sun up to sun down but they never lock the gate. Infact there is no gate to lock. Some of the action seems to be during the lunch hour but most of the action goes down starting at 2pm.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:There are all kinds of fine guys that go here. College guys from JU (which is just down the street),business men in nice shirts and ties and golfers wanting to tee off. The best place to meet someone is at the covered picinic area, then try the parking area where the locked bathroom is. Last look in the area where the trails go right into the river.
- Nudity / Policy:Remember that this is a public park.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / This place is handicap accessable. With ramps and even trails.
- Warnings:I have only seen the park rangers out there once and they were checking on the fishmen and their catch. They never walk back to the covered area.

I have also over the past 6-8 years seen them arresting people. Being very careful is still not enough

Warning! This is not a new place. It is the Arlington Lions Club Park. Lot's of vice hit this place regularly! They know about the woods and everything else! I, unfortunately have had the displeasure of running into them there. It is a cool place in the mornings but please be careful!
