Big Talbot Island State Park is located 20 miles east of downtown Jacksonville on A1A North, immediately north of Little Talbot Island State Park. park your car near the bridge and walk north about 1/4 to 1/2 mile, cut through the dunes on the intercoastal side and you will find a private area by the water.
OR
Stairway directly down to the beach at Big Talbot parking area was destroyed in 2005 so now have to take a 1/4 mile service road/trail on the north side of the parking area that leads to the beach. Some areas might afford privacy, but if there is lots of boat traffic on Nassau Sound, it will be difficult. LEO patrols this area on ATVs as well as walking.
Better alternative is the Black Rock trail located about 1.5 miles south of the main Big Talbot parking area. Wide shoulder on eastern side and usually there are some cars parked there. Like the other park access points, open from 8:00 am to sunset. About a one-third mile walk through maritime forest to beach. Walk south to wide beach area where deadfall will provide some visual screening and you will be able to see LEO or others approaching. Recent erosion has made it impossible for LEO to bring ATVs onto the beach, but this situation can change as the beach terrain changes. Locals use the southern beach area for nude sunning; although they set up behind grass mounds or deadfall to avoid being seen by LEO scanning the beach with their binoculars.

Not sure the directions listed are correct as if I understand them correctly, it will place you right over by the boat launching area. Here is what I would suggest as better information:
