Best times: Hot guys all day, but most seem to be there late afternoon till close. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Just be discreet. The locker room is not attended to, but if the straight guys sense something going on or are made to feel uncomfortable, they will complain.
Cruisiest Spots: There is a steam room and sauna, plus an aerobics room in the back where when not in use, you can definitely talk to someone. - Wheelchair Accessible:Yes
- Warnings:Be very cautious and discreet. This is not a "gay" gym, but there is definite cruising going on if you know what to look for.
