    a couple of guys were there just talking

    but who know? maybe they were leading up to something (or were finisihed)

    seems like a good spot if anyone went there

  • One of my best friends and his ex-boyfriend were merely parked in the parking lot behind Newland House, and they both got lewd conduct tickets, which they are now fighting in court trials. Their car was searched and they were both terrified. The cop treated them very unfairly, asking one if the other was a hired boy. Huntington Beach police have a reputation for being kind of obnoxiously over-the-line when it comes to prosecution of their own residents if they do the slightest thing "wrong". Please be warned that, even though this is 2001, this is still Orange County, and Huntington Beach.
