Hours:After 5pm. When everyone gets out of work and goes work out.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Restrooms in the center of the park (pavilion kinda thing) are pretty cruisy. Also the trail (mile long) is pretty cruisy. Alot of different type of guys go there. So variation.
Nudity / Policy:Obviously nudity isn't allowed, but the bathrooms are pretty cruisy. Also the track.
Wheelchair Accessible:No / No idea.
