The Fishponds

You can either go to the end of Quarry Road, turn left (walking) just before you get to the gates of the quarry and follow the old sandstone steps to the bottom. There are well posted signs through a really nice setting from there.Alternatively, you can go to the bottom of Rosemead Road and follow the signs from there.
Cross street: At the bottom of Rosemead or Quarry Road

• Hours:Daytime is the best. I've had the best luck in the afternoon, during the week. Lots of hot joggers use the track, too.Dates open: Always
• Cruising Info/ Tips:The Great North Walk has attracted a lot more bushwalkers. It's best to be sunbathing and see what happens.
  Cruisiest Spots: Once you get to the Fishponds, cross the creek and turn right. There is a spot about 100 metres down which is great for sunbathing and is the best access to the water if you want to get wet.
• Nudity / Policy:There is hardly anyone there during the week, so just keep an eye out.

• Warnings:Garbage from weekend walkers.
  Warnings: Coming back up the steps can be a bit exhausting. Take lots of water.
