The place can be hit or miss during the week during the day but late nights (especially Friday and Saturday) are HOT!! Sunday afternoons are pretty good, too (it's more fun than church!). I was there on Friday night and there was a full on orgy going on and it was hot!! Most rooms have s and some have holes on both walls.
Crowd: During the day can be hit or miss but late nights there's LOTS of hot wanting to get !!!

If you're on Kalakaua, look for the Prada Store near Lewers Street. When you find the Prada store you're almost there! Just go down the sidewalk to the left of the Prada Store and that'll take you right to Velvet Video.

  • Warnings:No real pet peeves as the staff is VERY gay friendly and just plain friendly! There is one staff guy (former marine and hot I'm hoping to him) who enforces the "one per booth" rule but the others never say anything so it's easy to have two or more guys in a booth. There were four of us in the double booth one night!

  • this used to be a great place until the giggling local queens took over. i'll check it out again while I'm in HNL. hopefully the hot guys that like CDs are back. otherwise i'll look elsewhere to find guys to play at my hotel room.

  • Went here on vacation. Its very dirty. Occ. some decent guy comes in but for the most part its a lot of old trolls and local fem queens that all know each other. They stand around and giggle. Total turn off.

  • this place is def hit or miss, especially if ur not into fems or old guys. go round 9-11, but after 12a its kinna crappy
