Cruising Info/ Tips:Don't avoid busy nights. You can usually still find a good place to get off.
Cruisiest Spots: Most guys get off in their cars. I've hooked up by standing in the mens bathroom at the Loews Theater by having my out at the urinals and tapping my right foot. Also sitting in the rear parking lot of the theater (towards dammons) with your lights on.
