Pacific Coast Highway to Hermosa, take 8th Street down to the beach, park anywhere and walk to the lifeguard stand.
Cross street: Hermosa Ave.

- Crowd:TONS of young surfer guys.
- Hours:Nights after 9pm until after the bars close and a bit after, till around 3am.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Hang out for a while. You need to be patient sometimes, but it's almost always worth it!
Cruisiest Spots: On or near the 8th Street lifeguard station.
- Nudity / Policy:Yes / The surfers and other young guys from the bars often swim naked, especially late nights.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:The cops occasionally drive down the esplanade, but never on the beach itself. Just stay down on the sand or out of sight on the lifeguard station and you're fine.

Hi - heading there tonight at 8pm - will wait on wall on the walkway on the beach at 8th street. if you keen just come up and speak to me .... Good chat up line would be ... "Are you John from London?" If i say yes then we can potentially go back to my hotel room if anyone is keen otherwise is somebody says no... then nothing lost and you know you haven't met me

Place is dead -- tried a couple of times -- nothing.
Lots of dog walkers, though!
