From Queen Victoria statue go down cliff path to the right. You can't miss it as it is a brick building by the beach.

Best times: Anytime. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Stand at urinals and show it off. Blokes in cubicles can look through holes in the doors and will either watch you or invite you in.
