You do not have to be a member, I believe you can pay per-day, but it is a good deal if you do need a place to work out. I really like it. Great rates as well.

Best times: According to my experience, evenings after 5. - Cruising Info/ Tips:The sauna is small, it is one of those small saunas, can fit 4 guys comfortably. I would not recommend any time during the working hours as it is very busy and no chance of anything happening at these times.

- Warnings:Again, this is a very busy establishment and I don't recommend attemping to cruise during the working hours. Again, it is hit and miss after the main business hours when all of the state employees go home, but just be careful.
