Harlan County Courthouse
Cruisy restroom has three stalls with
large peep holes, a row of urinals and
lots of grafitti. The restroom is busy
during lunchtime and early afternoon.
Cruisy restroom is in the basement of the courthouse.
- Hours:Between 12:30pm and 3pm. The courthouse closes about 4pm.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Urinals are the best spot.
