Huge lot, many places to play. Can play in cars or bushes!
Go south a block on Trafalger and there's a Tim Hortons to grab a coffee.

In the summer its a great place to skinny dip and enjoy each other.
Crowd: Mixed group, alot of bi guys from the bar.
