Spectrum Gym&Sauna
Sauna is in the lockerroom -- I think it is a fiver to get in for non-members -- and it is quite small. Sometimes you may be the only one in, and sometimes there can be 4 or 5 guys going at it. Just be discreet and patient and hope for the best, that is all part of the fun!
