Any taxi driver can get you to the Central Plaza. It has the main Cathedral at one end, and the Presidential Palace in the center.

Cross street: 8 Av - Hours:Early morning to around 8 pm.
Best times: Early mornings, when all the men who didn't get any the night before stop by on their way to work. Also afternoons when they get off. Action happens most of the day though. - Cruising Info/ Tips:I'd like to say be careful, but nobody is in there. Naturally, being in the center of a very touristy area, many regular types, and straight men come here to use it for what it's meant for. The locals just push it down, and wait for the non-players to leave. Then it's back to the jack fest.
Cruisiest Spots: Definitely the urinals. These are the trough type, that stretch all along the wall. Just stand and watch all the hard shakin'. - Wheelchair Accessible:Yes
- Warnings:Mostly the ones who can't take "no" for an answer. I'm pretty open when it comes to Latin men, but I draw the line at a skuzzy nasty jerk in any country. Also the occasinal queens who insist on actually looking over everybody's shoulders to see what they've got. I kid you not, though luckiy these are few, and generally get tossed out by the caretaker.
Warnings: The only thing I can say, is play it cool. Be watchful if you go there after dark. Have seen cops in and out of the place, but never any trouble or harrassment. Have even noticed one or two who spent a bit longer than usual in there. Hey, cops need love too.
