Turn right off 355, and into the Fox chapel shopping Center. There's a sign letting you know it's there.
Cross street: Rt.355 and Gunners Branch Rd.

Hours:6a-11p. Mon-Sat.
Best times: During the evening from 7-11p. The sauna and steam room are virtual ghost rooms, so lots of action is to be had.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Be careful, as the staff does periodic checks of the locker room.
Cruisiest Spots: The sauna and steam room, located in the men's locker room, in the corner. Very quiet and you can tell when someone's coming, good for sucking and j/o.
Wheelchair Accessible:Yes

Can you use that FitnessFirst if you have a membership to the one in Frederick? Yours sounds like more fun.

I'm new to the gym and would love some mutual relief after a long workout. Mornings, around 7, are good for me. Darnestown/North Potomac works too.

Usually in the evenings, mostly go to Flower Hill but, I could make the drive up your way.
