Gym can be pretty cruisy. There are co-ed steam room and saunas. Shows are very common in the showers. Touching will get you thrown out so be careful.

It is located in a big strip shopping center. There is plenty of parking out front. It is located on Northwest Hgwy between Centerville and Saturn in Garland just off LBJ Freeway.

- Hours:The best times are mid-day when things are a little slow and just before closing. Again the steam room is co-ed... but many exhibitionsts are know for showing off; then take it to the shower area.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:There is no in the club at all offically but most people look the other way who are not interested. Lots of jacking in the showers. Shows are happening all the time. Many pickups happen in the locker room area. I've seen many guys hook up and go elsewhere.
- Nudity / Policy:Plenty of guys hanging out showing off their goods in the locker room. No nudity is officially allowed in any other areas.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / The gym does have handicap access in all areas.
- Warnings:Things can walk off. Make sure you lock everything up. Even if you are just going to the restrrom do not leave your things out in the open...they will walk away.
