Turn into O'kane crt off Cockburn road then travel straight ahead and turn left before the Woodman Point Recreational Camp, follow the road and take second right (for the toilet block) which does have a glory hole, or you can take the first turn off O'kane crt which will take you into the car park, this is a good spot to meet and go into the bushes. As for the type of guys who go there, well most are over 40 and up to pensioner age, as for young guys, well if any go there i would like to know when as i have been going there for many months and have only ever encountered one, who is to shy to do anything apart from sit in his car and tease.
