The steam room in the mens locker room at the Fitness first gym in the Prospect Shopping Center off of Jefferson Street

Take 270 South and take the Jefferson Street Exit towards Frederick....first exit past US 40.... at the first traffic light turn right and the gym is in the shopping center on the immediate right, just past the gas station
- Hours:The gym is open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday thru Friday and from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekends. I usually go there during lunch and have been the ONLY person to use the steam room, except for one occasion when I helped a HOT young stud jerk off.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:The steam room is basically empty for most of the time, so there is plenty of opportunities to either a or at least help a fellow gym member work off a load by hand. The door to the steam room is frosted so no one can see inside, especially when the steam builds up.
- Nudity / Policy:I ONLY go into the steam room naked.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / accessible
- Warnings:The staff patrol the locker room occasionally but have NEVER seen them check the steam room.

Unfortunately, they're closing down this branch of Fitness First as of June 15.... Only the one on Rt. 40 will be open.... will have to let you know how that place is later.
