The mall restroom has an opening between
the last two stalls, hidden by seat cover
holder. Toilet set up is good and noisy
door warns of approach.

Off Highway 40, between Frederick exit from
I-70 East and entrance to I-270 South.

for those who did not read previous comments others made dont waste your time here not alot of stores left so no one goes here as well as security tapes both audio and video on hallway leading yo bathroom so not a good idea stay clear of this place

There are not many stores left at this Mall. They are moving out. Plans are to tare it down or sell and remodel. Not many people going there at all.

There is a notice posted by the water fountain regarding the security camera by the door. The security guards are monitoring from the room next door, I have seen them going in and out. Also the opening between the last two stalls is now blocked with a piece of wood.
