The north end of Ft. Lauderdale beach is mostly gay during the day. At night it becomes a meat market after the bars and clubs have closed. Guys looking to get off before going home.

On north end of Ft. Lauderdale Beach, just south of the Best Western Hotel. Across the street from NE 18 Street. Park on side streets walk over if late at night.
Cross street: A1A and N.E. 18 Street.
  • Crowd:All types, Young, middle age, straight/bi guys. Anyone looking to get off after the clubs close.
  • Hours:Midnight until sunrise. Especially on weekends after the bars close.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Just walk through make eye contact, and rub your crotch.
    Cruisiest Spots: In area along fence where the seagrape trees hide the beach from street. Walk in along green fence and walk along the beach, dunes hide the beach from street.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:No parking along beach after 10:00 so have to park on side streets and walk across to the beach.

  • Well, we gays did it again. So many guys doing things right in plane view of homes and condos have caused this place to be no good. The city has removed most of the trees and plants. They have moved sand around so there are no places to hind. People living in the area are up in arms about this place and will report anything they see. Meet there, have a nice chat and walk but play elsewhere.

  • police arrest here all the time. this place was featured recently on WSVN 7 news. guess how they and the cops got the info? ewhy right here on the cruise website!

  • so i checked this beach out and yeah i would say go somewhere else and look for a cruise site cause this was as dead as ever. but if anyone out there knows a better place for unknown hook ups message me

  • WATCH OUT! Still a nice place to walk around and maybe meet someone. DONT play there. There is a reason all the trees and bushes were cut back to nothing. BEWARE!

  • Dont get caught with your pants down behind the sea oats or you could be wearing handcuffs. This place is know for people getting busted with there pants down since the people in the condos have a front row seat. Not worth it!!

  • I was there last Thur early AM there were a few guys around. Beach is dark since streets lites are out for the turtles. Seems to be hit or miss
