I only know by subway. The #7 to last stop, walk Main street to Northern Blvd. cross and go to your right, first cross street is Farrington. Make left, go 1 and a half blocks. Warehouse with blue door, sign over door says just Northern.

  • Hours:It say it opens at 12 noon, but they allow you in by 11 AM. Get there early to secure a room, first come first served, otherwise you get a locker. Rooms are $12 for 6 hours, locker are $9 for 6 hours, and of course key deposit, returned when you leave.
    Best times: Saturdays all day and night, till closing at 1AM.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Just don't be pushy, believe me, you'll get layed, you can't miss.
    Cruisiest Spots: Everywhere, but no public touching. Since you only wear a towel, lots of flashing. Three free community rooms available, but you have to wait your turn. If you get a private room, you can leave door partly open and cruise from inside naked, lay on cot, lots of threesomes.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / By nudity, I mean you wear a towel, or if you prefer a thong or g-string, but you can flash your and there will be some grabbing, at the right moments. they don't have staff constantly watching. Staff is all gay and they understand, and if your not obvious, they will look the other way.
    Policy: Nothing obvious in public areas

  • Warnings:Just that you have to get there by 10 am, or you wont get a room, and you'll have to take locker and hope for a room being free early.
    Warnings: Please be respectful of others, there usually plenty to go around. No smoking, and no drama scenes. Lets not this place up. There are really no others around anymore. The two baths in Manhattan are attitude and stuck up . You gave to becaome member, not at Northern, come on guys, lets preserve this one, huh?

  • Out-of- town visitor, found this place via cruise listing. Pretty accurate information. There were 19 private rooms and about 8/9 small rooms anyone could use with a door that pulled shut. Place was clean and fairly crowded the 6 hours I was there (11:30-5:30) A variety of ages and ethnic groups represented. A large segment of men seemed to be regulars in that they all seemed to know each other, like a private club to hang out in. Staff efficient. Dry Sauna closed and locked. Will go back.

  • There are about 2 or 3 older black men (over 50) who I ALWAYS see there when ever I go. The crowd here is mostly latino and asian guys...and really old white men. If you're flexible on race, you will find MANY guys over 50 years old here.

  • I've been told that this place has alot of older black men in it. Is it true? Whoever is a frequent visitor at this place, can you please tell me if alot of older black men over 50 come to this place? I would really appreciate it.

  • This place had gotten better. I hooked up with the hottest latino I had seen in a long time. Hopefully, this trend will continue.

  • This spot is actually changing for the better. The majority of the clientele are latino guys. Many HOT latino guys, I might add. Gone are alot of the old fat stinky white men who stare and grab at anything with a pulse. Weekends are packed. Weekdays see a steady crowd although the place will clear out around 8 PM.

  • was there for my first time a week or so ago. this place is very dirty, but it def serves its purpos. im really only into big guys and there were plenty of them there to choose from. i went on a weds afternoon and played with a older big guy from brooklyn had a great time with him and i would def go back actually plan on going this weds afternoon again if any big boys want to meet up hit me up

  • went there first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. the place was full of guys and I got a room right away. Owner gave me a tour and I was with three guys within minutes. The whole stay was only 12 dollars and I couldn't be happier. It wasn't as nasty as people were making th place out to be. What do they expect. Obviously , they only stay at the nicest places. Have they ever been to the Jacksonville club. Please people give it a thumbs up!!

  • Dirty, and at times awful. Then of course, there is last time I was there and these two hot guys (I know, where did they come from?) took me into their room and had their way with me and it was *HOT* maybe if it got popular again, they would bother to fix it up. Until then I will keep looking.

  • I haven't been to Northen since 2001, from what I read the place is still a low rent scummy health hazard of a place. New York city has really gone down hill Since Guiliani(GOOLIANI) took office. And it hasn't really risen since he has left too.. Its a shame only TWO viable bath houses and they aren't the greatest places but at least they exist. still far better than northern sauna.
