Flushing Bay, Queens. From Manhattan, take the Triborough Bridge to the Grand Central Parkway East and exit at Northern Boulevard/Shea Stadium. Follow the signs to Shea Stadium. Make a left turn onto the Shea Stadium service road until the traffic circle. At the traffic circle take the 2nd turn off (going underneath the highway overpass) and you will see the marina parking lot

Don't go to this place. I'm here warning anyone. Park ranger and under cover cops
will appear anytime you will get a fine and you have to go to court. If you keep going there you will get caught very soon.
