Positioned perfectly for the must-see destinations of Rome and Florence, we are situated within 10km of major motorways and train stations, however still maintaining the seclusion and tranquillity of a totally rural environment. Within less than a 70 km radius, we have such impressive cities as Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Orvieto, Cetona, Montepulciano, Todi, and Spoleto, just to name a few.
  • For our guests we have three independent suites all on ground level and each contains a double bedroom of generous proportion, private bathroom, kitchenette, dining and sitting areas with double sofa beds in two of these apartments. Outside, each suite enjoys private access via its own alfresco dining area. You may prefer to stay in the “Lavanda” (Lavender) suite, or in the “Girasole” (Sunflower) suite, or in the "Papavero" (Poppy) studio tastefully decorated in gentle tones of the corresponding flowers that have become synonymous with this area through spring and summer.
