Is This Your Business?

This rest area has 2 collections of washrooms. When you initially pull in, there is a new bathroom at the South end of the rest area where you initially draw in. There is an additional little structure with totally free coffee and also vending makers in the center, and then past that is the older washroom on the North end of the rest area. Both bathrooms are open and both have actually been redesigned inside. It is a lot easier to have under delay play currently with the brand-new washroom stalls. The newer restroom closest to where you initially pull in, seems to be much less hectic throughout the evening as well as evening hrs. You will need to inspect both restrooms for action however, as some cruisers still most likely to the old one. There is a big parking area for truckers, as well as they are below all hrs of the day and night.

Hours of Activity

Best times to go are evening and late night (5pm-3am)
but there are some cruisers during the day as well.

Who's Coming

If you are driving Northbound on I-5, this rest area is located just after you leave Fife and is in Federal way. The rest area exit is PRIOR to any exits for the main city of Federal Way. If you are driving Southbound on I-5 you will have to take exit 137 into Fife, turn left at the stoplight, and get back on I-5 going Northbound. Once you are back on I-5, the rest area will be the first exit you can take before any of the Federal Way exits.

  • You can walk along the edge of the parking lot to make yourself known to any truckers that may be sitting in their cabs. There is a spot for the big semi trucks below near I-5 and another spot for RV's and campers to park above the parking lot on the East side of the rest area. Walk casually along either side if you don't see any action going on in the restrooms. If you go here during the day, keep in mind, bathroom activity is greatly increased with normal traffic, so be extremely discreet. Nights are really the best time here because less people are pulling in that late to use the bathroom. The restroom at the southernmost end of the rest area seems to be better for under stall play, and seems to be a bit less busy during the night.
