496 east to exit 63, make left (North) and drive approximately 1/2 mile-1 mile. The memorial park is in the center of the highway. You exit the highway on your left to enter it.

Best times: 12:00-2:00 PM, late afternoon/early evening. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Be careful. You can have great times there, but the police do drive through every now and again. I've only seen them in the parking lots though--never in the park. But never underestimate the SCPD.
Cruisiest Spots: The north end, where there's one lot, and the south end, where there's another lot. You can easily shuttle between the two. Lots of bobbing heads in the parking lots. Walk up the hill to the main, open area of the park. There's also a thick patch of woods in the park during the summer that becomes very active. There's also another section of woods on the north side of the north parking lot. You have to go down a steep incline to get there, but once there, there are many secluded areas. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
