Old nearly abandoned office building. Does have a few tenants left but you can easily go unnoticed. Go into restroom (try 1st floor but then check 2nd floor) and wait for someone to stop by. You can always take a friend up to the 4th floor and you will have the run of the place.
Crowd: Mostly younger guys in mid 20's-30's.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:Most people come by for drug testing on 1st floor. Which is how I found it. Go to 1st or 2nd floor RR and wait a until someone comes in. Then tap your foot. 4th floor is a great place to be alone!
