Best times: Anytime. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Go into the smaller cubicle so you can look through the opening in the door at the guys at the urinals. Cough or make a signal and the other guy will go into the bigger toilets, there is a small alcove in the bigger toilets so you can get some privacy and no one will see feet under the doors.
