I must be the only cruiser who stops by this place (usually lunch time). Is there ANY time that other guys are here and looking?

Seems like such a great place - but whenever I've dropped by (lunch time, just after work around 5) the place is dead except for the occasional dogwalker.

This place could be just great especially now that the leaves are out, but whenever I stop by (lunch, after work) it's pretty much dead except for the occasional dog-walker or birder.
