  • The Center is part of The Elgin Park Dist. therefore Elgin employees get to use it and that means off duty police (that are never off duty if you are breaking the law). Be careful.

  • I THINK IT SHOULD BE SAY THAT THIS IS USED BY THE ELGIN POLICE DEPT, THAT,S ONLY A SHORT BLOCK AWAY ALOT. I DON,T THINK IT,S THE BEST PLACE TO BE CRUSING,BUT THATS UP TO YOU.
