Spectrum Club, El Segundo

This gym is fantastic and a great find. Of course, since this is the South Bay, it is one of the more closeted places on the planet. But that makes it kind of fun. There actually seems to be more cruising going on here than many Hollywood, W. Hollywood gyms. There are an unusual amount of very hot guys at this gym...amazing bodies. And the gym is large and has a great sauna, steam, spa area. Guys are very cruisy in the gym area, but this is not a great place to approach people...I don't think many guys are out here. The sauna, steam and shower areas get much more cruisy, but you do have to be really discreet. I had a guy checking me out for 3 days before he felt comfortable enough showing his hard to me from his shower across from mine (curtains). I have only had two guys stroke my the steam room and one give me a little blow job for 10 seconds. It is a little too busy for this kind of thing. I finally learned that the game is that guys will approach you in the parkig lot later or more typically, guys have left notes on my car. I met a professional beach volleyball player this way (I have never seen someone so nervous about , but it was kind of exciting). There are a few older guys who hang around the steam area, who don't get a second look from these guys. I feel kind of sorry for them, because there is not really a lot of action for them to participate in at the gym. Maybe this place is well known to people, but it is a great new find for me.
Crowd: Mix of ages, but many twentysomething males.
Facilities: Large gym with great sauna, steam, spa and shower area.
